New customers
Welcome! We run a 28-day route system. We are in each of our delivery areas every 28 days. Each August we will provide a calendar with the scheduled route days for the upcoming season. Please hold onto this Route Schedule. Click here for the Route Schedule.
The first delivery requires a minimum of 150 gallons. In the event the tank will not hold 150 gallons, the tank must be filled to 80%. Payment is due upon delivery.
A leak check is required, at no additional cost. An adult must be present for this procedure.
Net 28 Customers
This is the most convenient option for our customers, and it is at no additional cost if topped off on each calendar route day. Net 28 Customers who utilize this convenient service will receive a top-off of their tank at each route visit.
These customers enjoy the benefits of smaller bills each month throughout the season and the added benefit of never having to worry about running out of gas. In the rare case that a Keep Full Customer does run out of gas between route days, we will make a delivery at no additional charge.
Some Net 28 Customers elect to let us know how much gas to put in at each calendar route visit. Our minimum delivery on route day is 50 gallons after the first fill. Should you choose not to keep your tank full, off-route fees will apply.
*Failure to provide a means to access the property on your route day will result in off-route charges.
Will-Call Customers
Will-Call Customers are customers who elect to keep an eye on their tank themselves. They will be responsible for calling the office when they need gas. Money saving tip: we recommend that these customers set a reminder in their calendar to check their tanks prior to their scheduled calendar route day to avoid missing us in their area and incurring off-route/special trip charges.
COD Customers
COD Customers are required to pay for gas before their route day and have the same procedures as will-call customers to ensure the best service available. Our minimum delivery on route day is 50 gallons after the first fill. No gas will be pumped until payment is made in full. If you cannot be present upon delivery, payment may be left under the dome of the tank, or the payments can be called into the office. If you fail to leave payment, special trip procedures will apply.
Out of Gas Calls/Emergencies
In the event of an out-of-gas situation or an interruption of service, it is required that a leak test be done. An adult MUST be present for this test. To avoid additional fees, do not let your tank run out of gas. For any additional service needs please call the office to schedule.
Changes to your System
If you have made or plan to make changes to your system, please give us a call. This includes adding or removing appliances or equipment, running gas lines, etc. We will be able to ensure that these changes are made in a safe manner. A special trip leak check fee will apply to off-route requests.
Summer Season
The last route of the gas season is in April. We do not run routes during the summer months. Routes begin again in August. To ensure that you make it through the summer months, please plan accordingly before your last route day.
Non – Use for Vigas Leased Tanks
Per the lease agreement, for customers who are leasing a tank from Vigas, Inc., a minimum of one full tank of LP gas must be purchased per year or you are subject to an additional fee. This fee will be assessed on the anniversary date of your agreement.
